• No construction activity scheduled.

Monday, March 15 – Friday, March 19

• Excavated and placed concrete for the wheelchair ramp at the northeast corner 16th Street and Harvard Street NW.

• Placed gutter at the wheelchair ramp, restored stone curb, placed aggregate base course (GAB) material to backfill the electrical duct bank, and encased electrical conduit at 3360 16th Street and 3426 16 Street NW.

• Excavated electrical conduit and the blank out foundation at the southwest corner of Harvard Street and Mt. Pleasant Street NW.

• Relocated existing traffic signal pole to the temporary base on the traffic median at Mt. Pleasant Street and Harvard Street NW.

• Checked existing conduits around the intersection of 16th Street and Park Road as well as 16th and Lamont Street NW to see if there were any blockages.

• Installed PVC encased electrical conduit between manholes and pole foundations at Newton Street NW, Meridian Place NW, the southwest corner of Mt. Pleasant Street, and north of Irving Street NW.

• Relocated 4 existing 3-section traffic signal heads at 16th Street and Mt. Pleasant Street NW as well as at Mt. Pleasant Street and Harvard Street NW.

• Removed a 3-section traffic signal head from the southwest corner of 16th Street and Columbia Road NW.

• Installed two transformer bases for blank out signs.

• Installed manholes at Mt. Pleasant Street and Harvard Street.

• Placed PVC electric conduit and light foundation at Mt. Pleasant Street and Harvard Street NW.

• Excavated standard double basin and abandoned basin connecting pipe at southbound 16th Street and Columbia Road NW.
